"The only real negative thing I would have to say is more the nature of the environment give that the company was a start-up. I liked everything about the company, but the roller coaster and unpredictable nature of the business environment that was at times out of our control was stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would really not do anything differently. We were a team of five people and all had their own unique talents."

"First and foremost, I loved our overall l mission. We manufactured prosthetic foot devices and knowing that the end result of our hard work led to helping amputees live a more comfortable and fulfilled life was priceless."

"I would suggest that anyone interviewing with this company should fully understand the risks of a start-up environment."

What don't you like about working at Ability Dynamics?

"Given that the company was an early stage start-up, some of the dislikes were just part of the territory. There was a lack of predictability in day to day operations that made it feel like a roller coaster, never knowing what was around the next corner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In hindsight, I feel that there should have been a more thorough investigation of the acquired technology on the front end. This would have led to less problems down the road with operations."
