"I worked at ABI for a little over a year. It was one of my first jobs where I thought I was going to be there until retirement. I eventually worked my way up through hard work and began to become a supervisor. I thought I was doing a splendid job with my staff, however, my boss would nitpick at everything I did and would give me work that would guarantee that I would have work to roll-over the following day. Unfortunately, due to discrimination and pain I decided it was my time to leave. I left and I haven't looked back since."
