"If you want to do ridiculous amounts of unnecessary paperwork and be criticized at every possible opportunity by an endless and constantly growing team of middle management This is the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Abdon Callais Offshore?
"Office interference with offshore operations. 1600 Ton paperwork - 100 Ton boats. Paperwork police. 3rd to 2nd to 1st Captain evaluation procedures."

"Manage the office. I will manage the vessel. It is what you pay me to do. Let me do my job. Trim the fat from middle management. Reduce onboard paperwork."
