"While the company is growing steadily and feeling some growing pains, management has been poor in mitigating those growing pains, and the result is poor employee morale. What is worse, is that management is almost entirely unaccountable for nearly anything on their part, with responsibility either being deflected (this isn't my job) or blame being shifted (this isn't my fault). They talk about accountability, but honestly, most of management and definitely the owner are some of the most 2-faced, unaccountable people I've ever encountered. They claim that high turnover is because other companies are "poaching" their employees, but in reality the people who leave simply get fed up with what's going on (poor work environment, poor compensation, poor benefits, etc) and leave. Management either has to acknowledge that they don't know why people are leaving and listen to their employees and alter their culture and management styles, or that they do understand why people are leaving, and they just don't care."
"They will lie when you interview about everything. The owners are evil and greedy and will do anything they can to cheat you out of commissions. Management is a revolving door. I would stay away from anything at this company."
