"Initially, the company had its worker's best interest in mind, back when it was known as T&B. However, after it had been bought by its current namesake, a lot of things started to change. Some for better, and others for the worst. A lot of what I heard the company was stayed that way, a good company that slowly started to change. There is a lot of layover in many departments, and many of those who left had been in upper positions for long periods of time, or were genuine hard workers who everyone relied on. A lot of the knowledge to do your work is not written down, and is passed off as 'tribal knowledge'. The only way to learn how to do the work properly is be burned in the fire and to learn as you go."
