"After working in Manhattan for most of my life I didn't like traveling on the railroad and walking the crowded streets of Manhattan any longer other wise I would still be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your staff like the mature adults they are and they will stay a long time as so many of the staff at this firm are long time employees and some date back to Bower & Garden also.."
