"Ask for as much as possible up front, because this will be what you make the whole time you work here. Employee Only insurance is cheap, but adding family members makes the cost go way up."

What don't you like about working at AAON?

"No raises in 5 years and an $11k deductible that must be met before my family's medical is covered."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My manager is good, and I like him. Had he given me raises, I'd likely be staying there."

"its not the best place to work anymore, changing for the worse"

"RUN AWAY, until they decide to make changes with upper managemnt and put people with some experience and education into supervisor and lead positions, they will not be open long"

"no one seems to care about anything anymore, safety concerns are being overlooked"

"Hire experience no just someone that can breath and can push a button"
