"Pro's: Great People that really care for you. If you like cars you can gain tons of knowledge on the subject. Cons: Unorganized and under staffed, people that do not have software knowledge are making unwise decisions which leaves applications floating in limbo for a week or two. They just switched to scrum so hopefully over time that will fix some of the unorganized problems. Overall: Fast moving place to work and if you like to go to car shows this is the place for you."
