"family owned business, built on family drama. This place is ridiculous. Company is 18 years old Titanic but management never learned anything. No management/leadership presence at all. Upper management is not organized. Always playing games. Never quite sure what they want from you. *CEO's temper can turn on a dime into him immaturely screaming/insulting his employees. It’s the most insane thing I’ve ever seen Lies, Lies, Lies on every level of company.. Don't try to intimidate your employees by constantly threatening them. Don't lie to customers about what you're going to do and then not do it. Communication from the top down is miserable. Promises are made when you walk in the door but are mysteriously forgotten shortly thereafter Disorganization and lack of vision. Lack of employee development (education reimbursement was often denied because of it not being related to the specific job title). *Constant threat of termination. I speak out because I'm tired of the games the CEO makes us play."
"Totally messed up. No processes, no room for growth. Everything dictated by the higher management. Lies and false commitments. Keep yourself away."
"Optimistic, They have the right ideas, but they themselves have to follow through with process decisions"
