"Current management in the Ogden, UT location needs to be looked at as far as the ability to work with others. Too much of the local religion was instilled in the place."

"I like the project I was working on and some of the managers treated me very well and kept me informed an what was happening on the project."

"When interviewing form any job there make sure that you know all of the job requirements and all of the people that you will be reporting to."

"There was a lot of backbiting and management would allow the in-fighting to continue. Also the program management would not make program related decisions until they were forced to make one."

"Management needs to be more upfront and honest about what is expected from employees and keep the employees better informed on what the job requires."

"I had an opportunity to learn about the operations and inner workings of a large manufacturing facility where I was taught a lot of valuable information about continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, 8D, six sigma, quality, safety, delivery, cost, moral and environmental issues by Ford Motor Co."

"Be knowledgeable about the position you are applying for as the company is very fast paced and excellence is not necessarily celebrated, it's expected."

"There wasn't much room for advancement and the future didn't hold much more promise."
