AABR Employee

"Supervisor/Director is the captain of micro-managing. The professionalism line is often crossed, leaving staff feeling as if they are dealing with High School drama when interacting with said director. As for resources, we have to ration supplies. The department as a whole is not respected by the rest of the agency due to misrepresentation by the head of the department. However, if one wants to learn MSC, that's the agency to work for. You become very knowledgeable about what to do and how to do it."
