"Overworked and underpaid, run by a family that literally wants 500,000 in revenue for no upfront investment... was hard to get damn writing pens for my employees from these people. Operations Mgmt is horrible, employees struggle to keep their home lives separate from work, no exaggerations: worked 152 hours in 12 days and was asked to pull a 12 hour shift before the second weeks end... do not accept salary, actually look elsewhere for employment if you want to be happy."
