"What I like most about AA is the friendly environment. The company has less than 30 employees that everyone naturally knows everyone else. This is the first company I worked for where the owner knows all of his employees."

"Be professional in words and appearance. The company puts much stock on attendance and loyalty."

What don't you like about working at AA Wireless?

"Because of its size, the company's organizational structure is streamlined at best. At my position of Sales Manager Assistant, this is the highest position I can hope to obtain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since the company deals in wholesale of mobile phones, a system that will make it easier to track the supply chain will be a good move. This is already in the works, due to input from various employees."
