What do you like about working at A3 IT Solutions?

"Telecommuting was a huge benefit. The casual atmosphere helped the creative spirit. ideas were always welcome."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The people are great. The owners really do care for you, but the top will not relinquish any power and is never there. There is no leadership from the top, as they are never there. I saw the managing partner only twice the last 3 months I was there. Unless you know for sure there is plenty of signed contracts for projects don't go to work for them."

What don't you like about working at A3 IT Solutions?

"they paid no attention to the bottom line and pandered to clients demands of time and money. It is important to listen and guide clients for the best direction of them and the company. Too many times A3 would except conditions that could not be met or afforded, therefore losing money of many projects. The management was always promising to change but never did under the guise of costs when it actually cost more to continue as it was."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time at and with the business. Show leadership. Follow through on promises. Be aware of what was really happening."
