"The success of events at A Spice of Life is entirely dependent on which salesperson you work with. Several of the salespeople are very dedicated event professionals that engage with their clients and ask the questions to plan complete, full-service events. Unfortunately, there are some salespeople that are not as thorough and those events are very difficult to be the event project management, often as the Event Manager you try to have pre-event meetings with the salesperson to proactively fix potential issues and some are not receptive to meeting as they are solely focused on selling the next event. Awesome food, and some great core staff. Lots of turnovers can create a challenging environment."
