"I was the 3rd security engineer hired and let go in a year. The manager of the team viewed cyber security as a hindrance to "getting things done!" . Security was not invited to design or concept sessions. On two projects security was brought in in the last week and told to certify the project to go live.... With no input or control in the "security" polices directed by management."
