"I have worked with the company for almost two years and there has been a lot of change in senior leadership down to sales members in the stores. It's a 20-year-old company, although in many ways it operates like a startup. It's still small enough where people in the organization can still make a great impact, but there is a lot of work that still needs to be done and ideally, they need more people on staff and better technology/systems to accomplish all of what everyone knows is possible."
