"The former CEO was the reason I accepted the job at first. The CEO took over without experience and after that everything go even worse than it was as a small company."

"Do not work their if you really need a job to pay yours bills. Its not a place to grow."

What don't you like about working at 5th & Ocean?

"Hours, the language, the attitude, the money. After all not honest to their employees about hours before working their. Saturdays and Sundays its most likely to happen very often."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The owner to be more involved on their business and not leave to inexperience individuals that likes to delegate but not work as a team."
