"4G Communications, Inc. has a very hard time allowing its key personnel to further the companies place within the market and increase its revenue stream, which would allow for additional avenues from which the company could recognize revenue, thus helping to keep them positive when work within select markets begins to wane. As a small company it is imperative that they keep their promises to employees and not make them feel slighted or cheated as it kills productivity and growth of the company."
