"I founded 480 management in July of 2019, its mission was to increase awareness of child abuse and neglect for our client Child Help. Child Help is the oldest and largest non profit dedicated to the prevention, intervention, and treatment of those affected by abuse and neglect. 480 Managements job was to increase donations by developing effective ways to get the private individuals as well as companies to support the cause and donate monetary amounts to aid in the fight against such a abhorrent issue that plagues our society. My firm had 38 partners around the nation running this program. My office held the number two in sales office title, because i developed such an effective way to present and run the campaign. It was a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience, Having team nights where i took my employees out to reward them for their implementation of my techniques and putting what i taught them into real time proven effectiveness was a very fulfilling sight to witness."
