"454 Life Sciences was a great place to work. The only problem was that Roche bought them and didn't sufficiently invest in them and lead the company effectively for a period of years while the competition took off. Since DNA sequencing is a blazing hot market, we never did catch up or shift to a more competitive platform and Roche closed the plant."
