Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Extreme high pressure. Others wise it is a good company. When they get their product mix correct they could thrive."

What don't you like about working at 3VR?

"At the time they were limited to the financial vertical without the appropriate feature sets for other verticals. Upper management and the board does not understand the security space and the sales cycles which can be very long. The company is VC funded and the company has had a high cash burn since its founding because they did not understand our industry. Due to this the company has a reputation of a very high employee turnover."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Check there ego's in at that door and learn our industry and accept long sales cycles"
