"I was looking for a house painting job near me in Madison and found 3rd Gen Painting online -Sure glad I did. I really like working with owner and production manager. My other crew members treated me like family from day one and helped me learn the trades quickly. They were also patient as I got the hang of higher level stuff like carpentry and fine painting finishes. They pay on time and offer benefits and promotions to those that earn it. Safe and clean working environment. Excited to expand their construction management production system in the future as I really think they have something special here in Madison. My advice is to get on board the 3rd Gen team while they are still expanding. Super excited to see where the company is going!"
