The issues arose around the inter-departmental communication and the lack of effort the management put forward to keep promises to employees. When I was hired i was promised a much larger rate by the HR person, but manager undercut me by nearly 4 dollars an hour. Promises were further ignored as attempts to move forward in the company was deemed unsuitable."
