"Even though I had chosen 3D modeling initially, I found that web developing took higher precedence, and was demanded by a stronger audience. It also allowed for more room to grow and expand, whereas 3D design left itself much to be desired. Working in these demanding environments, however, created various interesting scenarios for using and testing my skills productively and efficiently."

"What I love the most about being a 3D modeler is breathing shape and form into 2D illustration. Adding a little artistic license to 3D creations is always fun and exciting. I do not however enjoy pouring vasts amounts of effort into my work, only to have it revised or dropped from a project. Though that is every developers angst."

"Learn as much as you can before it's too late."

What don't you like about working at e7 Architecture Studio?

"Architect and the Distric took advantage of my ideas and implementations. I helped the company grow and better bridge its partnership with the Department of Homeland Security and I was simply put aside and kept as an intern."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was too much of a self motivate goal for the Architect. La District was on his back too much with no leverage to help his interns grow."

What do you like about working at Weber Group?

"The company provided opportunities for me to use my knowledge of 3D software packages to create organic sculptures. This type of work wasnt common in the area at the time."

"I would suggest to always being honest and straightforward. If you are capable of doing the work as well as willing to learn, they will utilize your skills as they need assistance."

What don't you like about working at Weber Group?

"Weber Group, Inc. didnt have the resources to provide full-time work for me. However, the timely contract opportunities synchronized well while I was pursuing a degree."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management at this particular company could benefit from more communication at all levels of processing a project. The management is aware of this problem and seemed to be improving when I left."

"Always learning something new and pushing me to problem solve."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Always be honest and up front when it comes to changes or mistakes. That way less time will be wasted out in production and fabrication. Some people here wait to say something and then the costs of correction or changes jump."

What don't you like about working at Tampa Tank?

"Most things dont bother me. But if I had to pick one it would be cursing in the work place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clear communication and direction will help everyone evolved on the project to be efficient and cost effective."

"The company has split due to the lack of funds"

"It was only for working on flash games to look professional in school programs"

"Invest in the longevity of the company. was only temporary."
