"This is a classic start-up environment with all the excitement and challenges that are typical of young companies. They are attempting to implement agile practices but also still have a bit of a "ranking" and "star" employee culture going. I enjoyed my time there and would still be there if there hadn't been an unexpected revenue shortfall (something that should not be a surprise in a start-up)."
