What do you like about working at 360 Communications?

"360 Communications was a spinoff from Sprint Corporation. No one knew who our company was. We had a very big job of marketing the name and making the logo (360 with a Green Circle) into a household name!"

What don't you like about working at 360 Communications?

"At the end we were sold to Alltel Communications. The couple months at the end were very difficult because the company did not provide phones to sell and kind of left us hanging until the sale was complete."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was completely bummed because I was in first place for a trip to Mexico based on sales quota - the sale was finalized and I didn't get to go :("
