"The job was unique - every project was a new invention with new challenges. The CEO was terrific to work for and I had great respect for him. I was allowed to run the business as I saw fit and I managed to increase profits every year I worked there."

"The projects were not steady enough to be challenging, and new business development was not my strong suit."
