"This company, despite claiming to vouch and help people recover from addiction and mental health, fails to do the same for their employees. My manager specifically was very shady. She actively talked about her employees negatively behind their backs, lied constantly about where she was, failed to communicate, and even admitted to having alcohol in her water bottle one day. They’ve failed to properly train their staff and led to every man for themself. Once I complained about it and decided to stir the pot, they “let me go”. I was given no warning despite my manager knowing in advance that they were laying people off. Save yourself the time and don’t bother working for this company because they are driving it into the ground. Multiple providers have quit because of how little corporate cares about it’s employees. They’re only there to make money and it shows."
