"This place was HORRIBLE! They offered no raises, incentives, or bonuses (only way was to get promoted for a raise, which there was little chance of), while they were more than happy to pile on more unrealistic expectations. For example, in most lobs you had to do tech support, sales, and handling angry complaints with increasing metric goals being lopped on you, but received no extra pay for meeting them. They didn’t give 2 10 minute breaks like most call centers. They gave less than 10 total for the bathroom only and gave 2 30 minute unpaid breaks instead (so a 9 hour shift). It was just great seeing managers playing ping pong while we were getting screamed at by customers. Their pay is barely above minimum wage, you’ll be able to easily find another call center that pays more for less work as they kept it back to back here on calls with little to no time in between. They even send people home on VTO until it’s back to back to ensure there’s no breaks between calls and scream “GET BACK INTO READY” at you if you’re in after call. They also didn’t offer holiday overtime including Christmas. It was regular pay. Attendance system was nearly impossible to keep up with, as it punished you for being more than 5 minutes late, but it took a long time to make up for one tardy. It felt like you were one illness away from being fired. Keep in mind that in most cases, they will not accept a doctors note as a valid excuse, so a lot of coworkers have to come in sick. Lastly, the clients only care about the customers, which is understandable I guess. However, every time they came in it always seemed to make work worse. This company was happy to keep the customers satisfied to our detriment, not by making our work easier and therefore making the customers happier. Making customers happy at the direct cost of employee satisfaction is not the way to go about it in my opinion, it’s just the easiest."

"Run away! No raises, no bonuses, no incentives! Regular pay on all holidays. 7 minutes of emergency bathroom breaks and 2 unpaid lunch breaks, so it’s a 9 hour shift. Attendance points skewed, easy to lose but 4 perfect shifts to get back. Sexist atmosphere. Almost no promotions.Extreme workload and feeling like you’re chained to the desk. Drs notes almost never accepted. Have to pay for your own coffee and in a very sketchy part of town. Impossible metrics! CPs break all the time"

"I was the first ever RTA at this call center and now they have an entire workforce because of my accomplishments."
