You will receive video calls to check in on you to see if you are wearing business attire
You will receive random phone calls and hang-ups so upper management can check to see if you are at your desk
You do not have the ability to take an hour off for a doctor's appointment (you will be required to take a half day without pay)
If you are salaried, you will be REQUIRED to work 50+ hours per week
If you are salaried, you will be told in your interview that overtime rarely happens, but you can expect to work overtime constantly
And because they expect you to work overtime, you will not be appreciated for it
You can expect to have ZERO work/life balance
