"Management is corrupt and does not genuinely care about the company. There are control issues and no delegation causing major bottle-necking. Work is directed with narrow vision and a plethora of bad judgement. Closed-mindedness by leaders and lack of any real management kills any chance for company's success, leaving unhappy employees to flounder in a dysfunctional environment with a slim-to-none chance for a raise (some important people have been there 5-8 years and not had one pay increase)."
