"Just another company who demands a lot from their employees and gives little in return. Not interested or not able to invest in personnel to allow employee workload to decrease and job satisfaction to increase.The executive leadership (CEO) is detached from the day to day, since they have one office in LA and another in Utah. This has made communicating needs and building a relationship with him difficult."
