"Talk to your employees, not just your other managers about what is going on."

"No support from managers. Was told to find answers on our own."

"Listen to their employees issues and help them when they need it."

"The company's work culture and work environment was so good."

"No: I do not think a person who is not eligible to take the interview, will take interview. Company has trust and experience of the person. So I cannot give any kind of tips... I still have to learn a lot."

"Nothing: Because I dont have any right to point out anyone."

"Nothing: I do not believe in giving suggestions. I believe in implementation."

"Great manager, and allowed to work without being micro managed or second guessed."

"They want to see enthusiasm for the position and like to get down to the minutiae on questions about the position."

"The new CSO came in from Microsoft and decided that he was going to single-handedly change the entire culture of the IT security department."

"Take care of your people. Nice salaries are only part of making people want to work. Respect and growth encouragement are other big factors."

"Challenging environment with great people. Solid company with interesting work."

"Understand money is on the customer side of the house, not in the back office."

"So concerned with costs, it hindered productivity by having antiquated systems and losing good people due to low pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in technology for the back office and pay great performers better. A 2% raise for a top performer is an insult."
