"The CEO is a smart guy. He's very relate-able in finding a common ground with his employees. I would recommend anyone looking to start in the banking or IT career to start with US bank. Its a great place to work for a college grad or someone with a certification in the IT field."

"Long hours and pressure of being on call 24/7. Some greed and backstabbing, however that is expected to some degree."

"They are 100% honest in what they state in the interview in regards to the work you will be doing. Most of the time items, work, or technologies you will work with are left out on accident but contrary to this they have a firm grasp on what you will be doing and when."

"Using older technologies to implement solutions to new problems prevented me from coming up with the 'best-fit' solution for the assignments or issues that came up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Complete documentation on the older systems is lacking and is difficult for new employees or contractors to find and learn the systems. There are many differences in system to system that prevent these individuals from learning the system as quickly as they normally could."
