"Joining the Army is very rewarding in so many ways, but what I have found most rewarding is what I have learned from others."

"I was able to learn about my position, and although I was ready to take a followers position, my ideas where not looked at because of my pay grade. Also, information was hoarded and never shared; limiting the possibility of innovating the team's ideas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communication is key when working as a team. Therefore, make sure to keep all key positions informed to accomplish their mission."
