"Joining the Army is very rewarding in so many ways, but what I have found most rewarding is what I have learned from others."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I was able to learn about my position, and although I was ready to take a followers position, my ideas where not looked at because of my pay grade. Also, information was hoarded and never shared; limiting the possibility of innovating the team's ideas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communication is key when working as a team. Therefore, make sure to keep all key positions informed to accomplish their mission."

Very small Aperture Terminal (CSS VSAT), Information System Operator - Analyst and wireless system. Storage, capacity, and processing of data servers and centers. Implemented applications and software, end user, enterprise consumer services in these centers. Consultant on management and consolidation services. Provided protective measures."

I was primary information security officer for organization of over 400 personnel. During my tenure, I alsomanaged over 150 network users on the unclassified and classified networks, allowed the battalion task force to maintaineffective mission command control across four locations in Kuwait and operate successfully under a dynamic commandsupport relationship with higher headquarters."
