"I enjoy going out of town and calling on customers in different cities and towns. I enjoy seeing the way things are done at different locations. To me it's amazing how different things can be 100 miles away. I don't like being gone a week or two at a time. I do have a happy home life as well. If the spouse can go with me even this is OK."

"I am an independant contracter so I am 1099 so I do not like that since I do not have benefits and not part of the company"

"Managment In theraplex send you all the info to the employees and send them to sell. Employees do not have access to management if needed"

"They sold the company and my job was over and done with."

"They never should have sold the company. Sales were growing 15% each year."

"There is no formal training on the products you have to manage that for yourself."

"To many chiefs and not enough indians and all of the corporate meetings."

"If you enjoy having management hang all over you wanting to know what, when, where, and how you are spending your sales day, by all means apply."

"Management wanted to micromanage. They spent too much time filling out reports, rather than selling the products and services we offered to our customers."

"Be available for suggestions, or help, but with the experienced reps out in the field, let them do their jobs without needing to know what they are doing by having to document each and every customer they see."

"I liked everything about the company but it was a contract position that did not get extended."
