"Be sure to be ready to work hard and long hours, if you are looking for a great stepping stone job this is it."

"Felt like the company has a a lot of business owners with just a bad taste in their mouths. Workers a year ago apparently were not professional at all and its just difficult to compete against other communication company's when their is a bad taste in the owners mouth and one of the most expensive out there."

"To stick with that they say they are going to do and follow through with it."

"It was a great culture back in the late 90's and was run by some very good leaders. There was great opportunity to succeed."

"There really was not a lot of bad things to say at BMC back then."

"Just be yourself - if you are a good fit they will give you a chance."

"My sales manager and operation teams are supportive. They deliver what I promise to my customers and when I make any special request they are on top of their games. Easy to satisfy customers in both price and customer service."

"Limited potential to be successful financially as well as in terms of career growth. Small company and the owner is in his 70s."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The current software is capable of handling businesses with 50 employees or less. Additional software upgrades are necessary to capture businesses that are 50 employees or more."

"I worked for Lesco, prior to John Deere buying Lesco, Inc.. I enjoyed the relationships that I built with customers. I enjoyed the pride I had in the company and the working environment that was built by the founders of Lesco."
