"Being a store manager is almost no different from being an assistant, there are definate perks, some sites have a free apartment (not always a perk as sometimea you will have customers pounding on your door at 1am because.they want in), and generally you get 2 days off in a row. You do have more responsibilty for the property, and if anything in the site goes wrong you will always be blamed, if you are there at the site or not."

"It was great to get the pressure for getting things done and seeing the awards after was the best. Other days you want to just pull your hair out because nothing was going right. Being as store manger you have a lot of responsibilities. I like taking control and getting he job done with the Team I had. My saying it Team means together, everyone, archives more."

I enjoy what I deliver for the customer but when you are forced to deliver unreal results, it clouds your judgement. It is a shame that a company that has so much potential is just throwing it away for the investment and bottom line dollar."

"I like having the ability/control to shape what our store and team does. I have a strong work ethic and allow those that I work with to use that ethic to build their own. It's tough for me not to be the leader, because I usually think everything through very quickly and easily as to not waste time or do a poor job of something. I'm open to my teams input in order to get things done in ways that maybe I couldn't imagine on my own. Plus, I like the paycheck!"
