"I have worked at the ritz carlton for a little over a year, and have been employed by the company previously in 2015 as a summer valet attendant. The ritz carlton is a great place to start a career and if you desire to move up in hospitality then the ritz is your place. I want more though, in terms of person to person interaction, moving up in the company and no cap on the income I can produce."

"The company I work for is positioned in a place which allows someone to grow but as far as a pay structure it is limiting."
