1.1 I worked for the Ritz Carlton for 3 months. It was extremely disappointing. The company has a motto and an employee promise, neither hold true. Management wasn't helpful or supportive when I saw labor codes being broken. I ended up leaving to save my sanity. I learned that if you are not in the inner circle of the higher ups you mean nothing.

1.2 This was the worst company I've ever worked for. The management is not supportive if you have an issue and there were many. The supervisor included herself in the tip pool which is against CA labor codes. I am still waiting for them to repay the tips taken from me. No integrity at this company. Also no flexibility in schedule.
