"Not a bad company to work for."
"I've worked for this company for over 20 years, quad has made it worse and worse every day. Management has no clue. CEO is corrupt and is killing his father's company"
"Quadgraphics has more than 90 percent of new employees leaving within the first 60 days if they work in a labor position (Finishing/Press). It's evident the harder workers get placed on the most difficult machines for the day and unfortunately you become too valuable at those positions to promote. While people choosing to do less work still earn the same hourly average as yourself. Compliments on a daily basis for hard work are nice to hear. Unfortunately it's difficult to know other workers who do much less daily than yourself are earning the same hourly wage. Management is grossly over staffed for the number of laborers and often have an egocentric self worth attitude. The best part of the company is the knowing fellow laborers are all in the same boat as yourself."
"Quad/Graphics is an employee focused company that values length of service."
"I worked at this plant for 28 years! It changed names many times. But when Quad took over they shut down the plant leaving over 500 people out of work! It was a good place to work while it lasted. The plant was in production for 100 years! Until Quad!"
"Been employed since 2012, good company, but in regards to the labor workers conditions are bad in terms of hours and cut backs. The majority of your time is spent working at the job, you have no time for personal issues because you need to rest."
"The company is a solid company. They have a lot of values."
