"I've worked for Oracle now for over 3 years in a variety of roles and functional expectations. Initially, my experience was great as there was a good work environment and culture supporting our teams. However, the company has continued to re-organize and cut pay and autonomy in order to compete with other cloud competitors without any clear strategy in place or consideration for the workforce or the team environment. People steal commissions and work from one another and the office competition is cutthroat."
