The negative, it is a very cannibalistic enviornment for sales. In the last year alone, they have nearly doubled the sales force in most product pillars and shrunk all account patches. Because of the wide assortment of products that Oracle provides, there are too many oracle reps calling into the same accounts and upset our customers."

There are several procedures that could be improved to increase profitability for the sales teams. "The company is extremely big. Therefore, you don't have the tight-knit feeling of a smaller company."

"Even though the company is extremely large, management should try to keep the small company feeling any way possible. Otherwise, one can feel lost and under-appreciated."
