"This is a great company with a lot of benefits. Some are surprisingly great benefits that you would not expect, so would be worth asking the question, if you have any."

"The company is extremely big. Therefore, you don't have the tight-knit feeling of a smaller company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Even though the company is extremely large, management should try to keep the small company feeling any way possible. Otherwise, one can feel lost and under-appreciated."

"The plus side is it's an interesting job. The downside is there is not a lot of incentives for employees. My last raise was 5 years ago. I don't think it's just me."

"I have worked for Oracle for just about a year now and find myself coming to dead ends, if you will, often while I am trying to complete certain tasks. There are several procedures that could be improved to increase profitability for the sales teams. There are often times that I find myself having to reconcile my compensation and commissions as this system is completely irrational. Very frustrating to say the least and this is why I am seeking employment with a more organized employer."

"Overall, Oracle is very good place to work. For my first job in the Technology industry, the training and sales resources were very helpful and informational. The negative, it is a very cannibalistic enviornment for sales. In the last year alone, they have nearly doubled the sales force in most product pillars and shrunk all account patches. Because of the wide assortment of products that Oracle provides, there are too many oracle reps calling into the same accounts and upset our customers."
