"I have worked for Oracle for just about a year now and find myself coming to dead ends, if you will, often while I am trying to complete certain tasks. There are several procedures that could be improved to increase profitability for the sales teams. There are often times that I find myself having to reconcile my compensation and commissions as this system is completely irrational. Very frustrating to say the least and this is why I am seeking employment with a more organized employer."
"Overall, Oracle is very good place to work. For my first job in the Technology industry, the training and sales resources were very helpful and informational. The negative, it is a very cannibalistic enviornment for sales. In the last year alone, they have nearly doubled the sales force in most product pillars and shrunk all account patches. Because of the wide assortment of products that Oracle provides, there are too many oracle reps calling into the same accounts and upset our customers."
"I interned at Oracle during my graduate program in 2013. I was working in the role of a Sales Consultant. I really enjoyed the experience. My colleagues were really helpful in getting me up to speed about the role. The corporate experience has been quite welcoming and warm."
"Good company, great prospects, fantastic products, excellent people, fantastic CEO and management."
"Oracle has proven to be a great first job coming out of college. I have gained a lot of insight into the rapidly changing world of cloud technologies along with exposure to a plethora of different industries all with different business strategies and means of operations. Nonetheless, career growth can plateau at a point with one's hard work not always being the most recognized."
"Good Company. Trying to keep up with competitors."
