"Everything. Teamwork is only a phrase that is used but never practiced. The management style is highly opaque with very little transparency about company direction. Very little trust given to the employment masses."

"Trust the people who work for them. Adopt the use of employee surveys. Take seriously the rather high level of attrition. Take more risks to have better products."
