"I have worked with Oracle for 3 years. It is a great company for new college grads. Very well compensating. Once you get to account manager level, the training ceases, the culture changes, and it is difficult to progress your career internally."
"Pass please......................."

"I've worked for Oracle since 2017. It was my first job out of school. There is an excellent work life balance. Just be prepared to deal with corporate bureaucracy and constant changes."
"There is an overall lack of opportunity unless you come in as a college student in the Class Of program. Even if you have a Masters and multiple years of experience you will not have a chance to interview, and this was told to me directly by an internal recruiter. They pay women less than men, and it was proven when my male coworker told me how much he was making for the same job, which he wasn't doing too well at. I was a top performer and still had no opportunity for a promotion."
