"It's a challenge, a good challenge. Many IT guys are afraid of it. Not me."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"It takes too much time to implement. Also, sometimes it's not secure to download and install new updates. Sometimes the update doesn't work properly and the problem starts."

"Run a backup before any changes."

"I made a mistake in leaving a technical management job to run call centers and I was not given a chance to go back to my areas of expertise. This is a common practice within Microsoft, but Microsoft LATAM did not do this for me."

"Microsoft CORP management was awesome. Microsoft LATAM management needs to set correct expectations with employees."
