My supervisors understood the importance of education and were happy to adjust my schedule accordingly. Even as a part-time associate you receive $1k in products/year."

"Sometimes they want you to miss school to work at their facility. especially during the end of the month"

"Management. They pretend to not know you and if you want to feel appreciated as an employee, I wouldn't recommend it."

"To get to know and spend time with the employees. Try to get to know them and what's happening in their lives, or even at work. A lot of employees there don't like to feel like they're inferior to management."
